Key Deadlines
To support effective planning and delivery of the European Deaf Golf Championships, all national organisers are required to meet the following deadlines and requirements:
National organisers must provide provisional participant numbers by June 2026. These figures are essential for early planning around accommodation, transport, and competition logistics.
Final entry forms must be submitted by November 2026. Entries received after this date may not be accepted, as final numbers will be used to confirm competition draws, staffing, and event operations.
All participants and officials must book accommodation at Marriott Worsley Park using the official booking link by December 2026. This ensures that accommodation allocations, and on-site services can be coordinated effectively. The following bedroom allocations have been secured and will be available to book until the dates specified below:

30 twin rooms and 10 king rooms available to book until 31 December 2026.

25 twin rooms and 5 king rooms available to book until 31 January 2027.

20 twin rooms available to book until 28 February 2027.

10 twin rooms available to book until 31 March 2027.
Room availability is subject to release back to the hotel after the relevant dates. Organisers are strongly encouraged to complete bookings as early as possible to guarantee accommodation.
All entry fees must be paid in full by March 2027. Entries will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received.
Failure to meet these deadlines may impact a nation’s ability to participate fully in the Championships.
