Event Packages

Players will need to pay for their event packages no later than 31st March 2027. Current pricing is ongoing but prices in the region of £600 are expected. This will cover event costs of:

Opening Ceremonies
Closing Ceremonies
Practice Round
3 Days Competition
Official Photography
Tournament running costs
Interpreter hire
Referee hire
Entertainment

All participants and officials must book accommodation at Marriott Worsley Park using the official booking link by March 2027. This ensures that accommodation allocations, and on-site services can be coordinated effectively. The following bedroom allocations have been secured and will be available to book until the dates specified below:

30 twin rooms and 10 king rooms available to book until 31 December 2026.
25 twin rooms and 5 king rooms available to book until 31 January 2027.
20 twin rooms available to book until 28 February 2027.
10 twin rooms available to book until 31 March 2027.

Room availability is subject to release back to the hotel after the relevant dates. Organisers are strongly encouraged to complete bookings as early as possible to guarantee accommodation.

Payment for Hotel will be made on arrival to the hotel

King Rooms are £175 (bed and breakfast) per night

Twin Rooms are £215 (bed and breakfast) per night which will be split between two golfers
